STANDARD SIZED PALLETS
BSP buys and sells most standard sized pallets.
We repair to industry standards before pallets are returned back into the supply chain.
This helps to reduce costs, minimize waste and support sustainability goals.
CUSTOM SIZE PALLETS
Built to your exact specifications.
Custom pallets are designed to meet unique product and shipping requirements.
We can build small batch or high volume runs, using “select reclaimed lumber” or
“new from the mill lumber”.
PLASTIC & EU PALLETS
We sell these pallets for a fraction of the price compared to buying new or through a catalog.
END OF LIFE OR ODD SIZED PALLETS
These pallets are received and recycled.
Every pallet and component is used to its maximum potential creating ZERO WASTE.
All useable lumber is stripped off and used for another lifecycle.
Wood scrap is ground into Wood Fiber and used for another lifecycle.
This creates a circular recycle loop that saves money and reduces landfill impact.
WOOD FIBER
We produce wood fiber product that is sold to various markets including Animal Bedding, Biomass Boiler Fuel, Mulch and Manufactured Wood Producers.
Average moisture content is under 10%.
THE GRINDER
Unmarketable wood is fed into our 100HP Grinder and ground until the wood fiber fits through 1.25” baffled screens.
The fiber then gets conveyed past two magnets pulling 99.9% of all metal out.
It then gets blown through an airlock into our 100 yard live floor trailer, ready to ship.
The metal nails that get pulled then go to a scrapyard and recycled for another lifecycle.
DELIVERY
All our road equipment including tractors, fleet of 53’ dry van trailers, flatbeds and wood chip trailers are all highly maintained and in excellent road worthy condition.
Both Large and Small quantity deliveries are available as well as Customer Pick Up or Drop Off.
